A typical symptom of lower limb arterial stenosis is a broken walk or claudication. During walking, there is usually severe pain in one calf and the leg may feel tired and numb. The pain subsides within minutes at rest, allowing you to continue walking. However, if you continue walking, the pain usually starts again. The symptom never starts at rest, but recurs in a very similar way after a certain distance of walking.
